Job summary

Agemark Senior Living’s Symphony Pointe memory care community in Elkhorn, NE is seeking a Memory Care Manager to lead an EPIC team and deliver person-centered care using the Best Friends approach.

You’ll oversee care plans, safety, regulatory compliance, collaborate with families and healthcare providers, manage programs and budgets, and help keep the memory care neighborhood welcoming.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience with strong supervisory skills.
• Experience working with seniors, memory care experience preferred.
• Current LPN license valid in Nebraska.
• Degree in Geriatrics, Elder Care, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of facility regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, approachable leadership style with passion for serving seniors.
• Comfort with computers and technology.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and step in when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the Memory Care team while creating a positive and accountable culture.
• Oversee resident care plans, documentation, safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with families, providers, and team members to provide individualized, high-quality care.
• Build strong relationships with residents and families and serve as a trusted resource throughout their memory care journey.
• Support engaging programs, events, and experiences that bring connection and joy to residents’ days.
• Manage departmental budgets and assist with community outreach and marketing efforts.
• Help keep the Memory Care neighborhood welcoming, organized, and running smoothly.
