Job summary

Symphony Pointe, an Agemark Senior Living community in Elkhorn, NE, seeks a Memory Care Manager to lead the Memory Care team using your LPN experience to deliver compassionate, person-centered care for residents living with memory loss.

You will oversee care plans, regulatory compliance, and programs that foster connection, dignity, and safety, while partnering with families and healthcare providers to ensure exceptional experiences and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in Nebraska required.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience working with seniors; memory care experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, OSHA standards, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the Memory Care team while building a positive, accountable culture.
• Oversee resident care plans, documentation, safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Use your clinical knowledge to support high-quality, individualized resident care.
• Partner with families, healthcare providers, and team members throughout each resident’s memory care journey.
• Bring personalized memory care to life through the Best Friends™ Approach.
• Support engaging programs and experiences that create connection and purpose.
• Manage departmental operations, budgets, and staffing.
• Help keep the Memory Care neighborhood welcoming, organized, and running smoothly.
