Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Memory Care - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time Night shift. You will provide clinical care to residents in the neighborhood, adhering to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living policies.

Compensation ranges from $32.00 to $40.00 hourly, with additional shift differentials. Responsibilities include medication administration, updating care plans, supervising care associates, and documenting in the EMR.

Qualifications

• State of Maryland LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• 1 year in assisted living/long-term care preferred.
• Experience with EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
• Supervise and lead care associates in the neighborhood.
• Update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs.
• Develop relationships with residents and families to support holistic care.
• Document clinical observations in the EMR and notify RN when needed.
