Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct clinical care in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings. You will develop trusted relationships with residents and families, administer medications, and ensure care plans reflect changing needs.

The role requires Maryland LPN licensure, CPR certification, and 1+ year of relevant experience; EMR proficiency is preferred. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the State of Maryland as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, focusing on holistic care to place the resident first.
• Assess, observe, and evaluate residents’ clinical condition and document findings in the EMR.
• Update or modify care plans as needs change.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately according to orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents, families, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to reviews of clinical indicators such as falls, wounds, nutrition, and antipsychotic use.
