Job summary

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for memory care on the day shift. This full-time position offers $29-$37 per hour and a 40-hour workweek with benefits.

Responsibilities include administering medications, updating care plans, supervising care associates, and coordinating with the RN. Minimum 1 year in assisted living or long-term care, CPR required. Onsite wellness and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Assess, observe and document residents' clinical conditions in the EMR.
• Update or modify care plans as residents' needs change.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond promptly to residents, families, or responsible parties.
• Review clinical indicators (falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use).
• Perform other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.
