Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Riderwood community in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing teams. Provide direct clinical care and support residents with compassion. You will administer medications, document care, and collaborate with the RN.

The role requires MD LPN license, CPR, and at least 1 year in care settings. Compensation is $32.00 per hour with shift differentials, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• MD LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications accurately and timely.
• Document care in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with RN and care teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
