Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license in Florida, are CPR-certified, and have 1+ year of long-term care or senior care experience. The position emphasizes teamwork, patient safety, and quality care within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license active in state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in memory care or senior care preferred.
• English proficiency for communication and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in compliance with Federal & State regulations.
• May assist with admissions assessments and documentation.
• Develop and monitor acute and long-term care plans.
• Provide clinical system tracking (wounds, infection control) under supervisor.
• Offer health-related consultations within the community.
• Notify physicians or families of health changes with proper documentation.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
• Maintain communication with departments and staff.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Support safety and disaster plan activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information.
• May assist with discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.
