Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for Night shift at Riderwood Village in Silver Spring, MD. You will provide clinical care to residents in the neighborhood under nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living guidelines.

The role is full-time and night hours with a compensation range of $32.00–$40.00 per hour, plus shift differentials. Benefits include health, PTO, retirement plans, onsite clinics, education support, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Maryland LPN license is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Passions for senior care and resident advocacy.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, providing consistent caregiver support for physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assess, observe, and document residents' condition; notify RN/provider as needed.
• Update or modify care plans to reflect changes in needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents, families, or responsible parties promptly and professionally.
• Review clinical indicators such as falls, wounds, and nutrition.
• Perform other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.
