Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time Night shift in Memory Care. You will provide clinical care to residents per nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living guidelines.

We offer competitive wages $32.00-$40.00 hourly with shift differential, comprehensive benefits, 401k, on-site health centers, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Assess, document, and communicate residents’ clinical status to the RN/provider.
• Update care plans as needs change to reflect resident services.
• Supervise and lead care associates on your shift.
• Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
