Qualifications

• LPN license required in Iowa.
• 2+ years related experience preferred, preferably with seniors or memory loss.

• Memory Care focus and passion for Alzheimer’s/dementia care.
• Excellent organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the memory care team through recruitment, training, and coaching.
• Oversee resident care to ensure personalized, high-quality services.
• Support memory care using the Best Friends approach for meaningful resident experiences.
• Partner with families, providers, and team members to coordinate care.
• Ensure compliance with care plans, documentation, safety practices, and regulations.
• Help manage departmental needs, budgets, outreach, and overall memory care operations.
