Qualifications
- Must have Licensed Practical Nurse license in state of practice.
- CPR certification required.
- 1+ years experience in senior care.
- English proficiency to perform duties and emergencies.
- Basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications per regulations and company guidelines.
- Complete admissions assessments and documentation for new residents.
- Develop and update acute and long-term care/service plans.
- Monitor health changes and notify physicians/families.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain communication with staff.
- Educate residents and staff on health-related topics.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
