Job summary

Maggie's Place Memory Care in Kansas is seeking a Life Services Coordinator - CNA to join our care team. You will help residents with personal care, medications, meals, and social activities to support independence and well-being.

We offer full-time shifts, competitive wages, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holiday pay, and career development. Eligible candidates have 1–2 years dementia care experience, are 18+, and hold a valid Kansas CNA.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience working with individuals with dementia, preferably in memory care.
• Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Must have a valid CNA license in Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to tenants as assigned and as indicated on Resident Service Plans, including grooming, dressing guidance, bathing assistance, and medication reminders.
• Prepare and serve meals/snacks, monitor kitchen and dining areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain activity calendar and engage tenants in social, spiritual, educational, games, music, and physical activities.
• Provide companionship and support to residents, follow safety policies, and report changes to the nurse.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and common areas, assist with housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Attend facility meetings and in-service training; follow infection control guidelines and residents' rights.
