Job summary

The Pavilion at Camelback Senior Living in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Program Coordinator, Memory Care to lead engaging activities that enhance resident life and engagement throughout the community.

You will plan and deliver a balanced calendar of cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, and physical activities, coordinating with the Director of Entertainment & Programming and arranging performers. A positive attitude and driving ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Programming Coordinator (Activities) helpful but not required.
• Proficient with Internet resources and current technology.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Must be at least 21 years old with driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement adult-centric activities and events.
• Develop monthly program calendar balancing cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities.
• Procure groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct residents.
• Encourage resident participation through positive relationships and personalized interactions.
• Assist in transportation for residents and organize outings with Director, Entertainment & Programming.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicles.
