Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Program Coordinator for Memory Care to design and lead engaging activities that improve residents' quality of life. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering programs that are culturally, intellectually, spiritually, socially, physically, and recreationally balanced.

The coordinator supports the Director, Entertainment & Programming and helps arrange transportation and outings while maintaining safety and personalized engagement with

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating activities or programs is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to use Internet resources and current technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to planning, coordinating, and implementing activities and events.
• Develop monthly program calendar balancing cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities.
• Arrange groups or individuals to perform or instruct residents.
• Encourage resident participation through positive, personalized interactions.
• Assist in medical transportation within community guidelines and coordinate outings.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicles.
