Job summary

Solera Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator to create engaging, meaningful programs for residents. The role supports the Life Enrichment Director and multidisciplinary teams to promote well-being and community connection in memory care.

The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, with 1+ year in senior living or related fields, and strong communication skills. This is a part-time role offering flexible weekend coverage and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience in senior living, activities, recreation, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in changing situations.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools (email, calendars, flyers, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement resident activities and programs.
• Support resident satisfaction and retention through engaging programming.
• Evaluate interests and needs of residents and reassess periodically.
• Decorate common areas reflecting seasons and events.
• Coordinate space, equipment, food, transportation, and staffing for activities and events.
• Ensure activities are conducted safely and per policies.
• Assist with driving residents to outings and events as needed.
• Support marketing events, open houses, and community celebrations.
• Collaborate with department leaders, residents, families, and community partners.
• Maintain calendars, flyers, and activity documentation.
• Participate in budget planning and on-site training.
