Job summary

Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living and Memory Care, under Cascade Living Group, seeks a Memory Care Director to oversee the memory care department, hire and guide staff, and collaborate with community leaders to meet residents' needs.

Requirements include two years of senior living management or nursing practice and an active ALF/RCF administrator license. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, with benefits and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in a senior living management role.
• ALF/RCF Administrators License.

Responsibilities

• Administration of the Special Needs Program as outlined by the Executive Director and Cascade Living Group and applicable laws.
• Supervision and performance monitoring of team members and department services to residents.
• Lead staffing by conducting interviews, hiring, onboarding and training of wellness team.
• Oversee and manage scheduling for the department.
• Lead life enrichment planning for Alzheimer's and Dementia support groups and ensure programming meets resident needs.
• Promptly notify ED of emergencies beyond the scope of responsibilities.
• Participate in resident orientation and review care plans for changes or concerns.
• Participate in required trainings, meetings, and orientations offered by the employer.
