Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA is seeking a Memory Care Manager to lead our 44-bed Memory Care neighborhood and drive person-centered care for residents living with dementia. You’ll oversee management, quality and resident experience while partnering across departments to ensure compassionate support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related experience in long term care/assisted living.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience in providing services for residents with cognitive impairment.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a holistic, person-centered approach to assessment and care planning.
• Oversee overall management, quality and resident experience in the Memory Care neighborhood.
• Coordinate with Wellness and other departments to support transitions and services for residents.
