Job summary

QSL Management invites applications for Director of Memory Care at The Blake at Miramar Beach, FL. This role leads memory care programming, staff supervision, and compliance with regulations to enrich residents’ lives with dignity and thoughtful engagement.

You will collaborate with wellness leadership to design personalized service plans, manage daily activities, and mentor staff while ensuring family communication and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Must meet state and federal regulations for nursing leadership.
• LPN certification or RN licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with seniors, preferably memory care.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Memory Care Neighborhood in daily staffing meetings.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and regulatory surveys.
• Lead training and staff meetings; ensure required Alzheimer’s care training.
• Develop personalized service plans with wellness leadership and document care.
• Manage Memory Care calendar and iN2L program usage.
• Oversee safety, fall prevention, and family communications.
