Job summary

Description: Senior Health Center Nursing/Clinical Support, Req #: 63402. For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $4,000 sign-on bonus for Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMA). Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part-time CRMA position; per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

The Memory Care Unit is seeking a CRMA to join the team!

Summary

This position consists of 24 hours per week, weekends (night shifts). The Certified Residential Medication Aide role is responsible for administering medications accurately and in a timely manner to residents in accordance with state and federal regulations and standards of nursing practice under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. Provides personal care services to residents in the role of PSS.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: Completion of a forty (40) hour CRMA certification required. Current of a PSS course within 90 days of start date required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: Prior long-term care experience preferred.
