Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Read, write, and communicate in English at 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Active; able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Keeper of the Home: create a warm, tidy, homelike atmosphere in apartments and common areas.
• Mealtime Maven: assist in family‑style dining and table setup in the dining room.
• Snack Specialist: ensure residents have snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Caring Connector: engage residents and provide meaningful experiences in the neighborhood.
