Rock Creek Senior Living in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to provide compassionate, person-centered care in our memory care neighborhoods. This part-time role focuses on empathy, engagement, and daily living support for residents.

Responsibilities include documenting changes, orienting team members, and helping residents with daily activities. Must be 18+, HS diploma, English proficient; lifting up to 50 lbs; criminal clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy by building human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to identify interests and abilities and create engagement plans.
• Apply mise en scène by preparing spaces and routines to support resident experiences.
• Partner with residents to support daily living from waking to bedtime.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
