Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Memory Care Homemaker for Vitalia North Olmsted in North Olmsted, OH. This part-time role covers 10:00am–6:00pm, Monday and Sunday, with a pay range of $18–$24.50/hour. You will help create a warm, home-like memory care environment and support residents with meals and activities.

The position requires 18+, HS diploma, professional presentation, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include 401(k) match, health coverage, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Able to communicate in English with residents at 8th grade level.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Be a Keeper of the Home: create a welcoming, homelike, tidy atmosphere in memory care.
• Be a Mealtime Maven: assist in dining, set tables, and serve family-style meals.
• Be a Snack Specialist: ensure snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Be a Caring Connector: engage residents with meaningful activities in the Neighborhood.
