Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping for senior living preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must follow safety guidelines and handle chemicals properly.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean vacant apartments and prepare them for occupancy.
• Clean and maintain common areas on a scheduled basis.
• Perform laundry of linens (sorting, washing, folding, delivery).
• Keep housekeeping cart clean and organized.
• Notify management of maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Maintain professional demeanor with residents and staff.
