The role blends professionalism, empathy, and multitasking to support front desk operations. You’ll greet visitors, handle calls, assist with mail, and maintain accurate files while contributing to a compassionate community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience interacting with the public via phone and in person.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail.
• Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents.
• Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned.
