• Lead and direct overall Community operations in line with residents' needs and regulations.
• Maintain excellent service quality, high occupancy, and meet budgetary goals.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, officials and the public.
• Demonstrate compassion for and commitment to the elderly.
• Collaborate with team members; coach and develop staff; manage budgets.

Ausbildung

Associates Degree preferred

2 years management experience

2 years of Memory Care experience required

Any and all licenses in good standing

Able to work flexible work hours due to demands of position

Weekends required
