Job summary

The Arbor Company in Florida is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to create meaningful activities for residents and enhance their health and spirit through our six-dimensional engagement program.

You will build deep connections with residents and families, bring creativity to planning events, and contribute as part of a dynamic team dedicated to compassionate senior care.

Qualifications

• Experience as a teacher, childcare provider, event planner, or caregiver is preferred.
• Desire to pursue a career in healthcare/assisted living.
• Passion for helping seniors and others.
