Silverado Franklin is seeking a Director of Resident and Family Services (MSW) to lead care teams and support residents and families through aging and dementia. The role emphasizes compassionate leadership, interviewing and evaluating staff, and ongoing professional development.

The position requires an MSW, at least one year working with older adults, and a valid driver’s license. In addition to competitive pay and benefits, Silverado offers extensive growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Social Work required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with older adults.
• Experience with memory impairment and families highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• May be required to work outside of regular hours.

• Support residents and families in understanding and coping with psychosocial challenges of aging and dementia.
• Promote Silverado to civic and memory impairment-related groups reflecting the mission and care.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and performance evaluations of team members under supervision.
• Maintain continuing education through academic studies, seminars, and workshops.
• Participate in in-services, staff meetings, and case conferences.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
