Job summary

Silverado Beverly Place, a memory care innovator, seeks a Director of Resident and Family Services (MSW) to lead psychosocial support for residents and families. You will supervise staff, interview and train team members, and collaborate across departments to elevate quality of life for residents with dementia.

The role requires an MSW, at least 1 year working with older adults, and a strong empathy-driven leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with older adults.
• Experience supporting individuals with memory impairment and their families highly desirable.
• Professional or volunteer experience with memory impairment organizations helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and outreach needs.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working in an environment with animals and pets.
• May be required to work outside of regular hours depending on business needs.

• Participate in in-services, staff meetings, and case conferences.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday

Anticipated pay range

$90,000 - $95,000 USD
