Job summary

Western States Lodging and Management is seeking a Memory Care Supervisor to lead daily operations in a senior living setting. You will mentor CNAs and Medication Technicians, oversee staffing, and ensure resident-centered care with strict compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification recognized in the United States.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Food Handler's Permit (as required) when applicable.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Memory Care operations and uphold resident care standards.
• Lead, schedule, train, and support Memory Care team members (CNAs, Medication Technicians).
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations for memory care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, nurses, and therapy teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Develop and implement resident service plans and care plans.
• Assist with staffing, budgeting, and department goals to support census and occupancy.
