Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, seeks a Memory Care Director for the Traditions neighborhood to lead a holistic dementia-care program that partners with residents to maximize independence and quality of life. You will oversee care, activities, and dining, collaborating with culinary and health services to create personalized care plans and engaging daily routines for residents.

Role requires 18+, dementia experience, supervisory background, relevant

Qualifications

• Experience working with persons with dementia preferred.
• Experience supervising and managing employees preferred.
• BA/BS in Gerontology, psychology, sociology or related field preferred or 3+ years in social services/residential care.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
• Ensures compliance with Title 22 dementia care regulations.
• Oversees recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of memory care staff.
• Coordinates staffing schedules per policy and resident needs.
• Collaborates with Culinary and Health Services to deliver integrated care.
