Qualifications
- Three (3) years of Memory Care experience, including management, handling complex behavior issues and educating families.
- Proven success in management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task and follow directives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Memory Care program and mentor team members.
- Ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centered care.
- Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams.
