You will oversee daily operations, develop care plans, train staff, monitor progress, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with leadership to maintain a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in memory care, dementia care, or senior living nursing management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of best practices for Alzheimer's and dementia care.
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused mindset.
• Ability to mentor and inspire a team of caregivers.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and documentation requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in health care or related field or LPN/RN license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Memory Care unit, including staffing, scheduling, and resident care.
• Develop individualized care plans tailored to residents' cognitive and physical needs.
• Train and mentor memory care staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to families and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including safety and care standards.
• Plan and oversee engaging activities and programs for memory care residents.
• Collaborate with the broader leadership team to maintain a resident-centered community.
