Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) at Summit Place & Summit Court, a Sonida Senior Living community, leads monthly activity programming for residents in memory care and other living options in Anderson, SC.

The role includes training staff on Pillars and expectations, maintaining a safe environment, and communicating with families to provide ongoing support and education, as well as conducting tours for prospective residents and their families when needed.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• College credits required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensure a safe environment for residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
