Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Mind & Memory Care Director in Stamford, CT to lead memory care programs and supervise Harbor Resident Care Associates. You will recruit, train, and schedule staff, coordinate services for residents with cognitive impairment, and partner with the Resident Care Director to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a health science field, at least 3 years in memory care, and strong leadership and communication

Formación

• BA/BS in health science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years memory care experience.
• Dementia care certification or equivalent within six months.
• Knowledge of dementia progression and adaptive strategies to support residents.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision, coaching, recognition and performance evaluations for Harbor Resident Care Associates.
• Maintain an engaging, homelike environment for residents with cognitive impairment.
• Support and monitor day-to-day delivery of quality resident services to ensure satisfaction.
• Schedule staff for 24/7 delivery of memory care services within budgeted labor hours.
• Collaborate with Resident Care Director to ensure services align with resident care plan.
