Job summary

Parc at Traditions, a Sonida Senior Living community in Bryan, TX, is seeking a Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) to lead engaging resident programs.

You will develop monthly calendars, train staff, ensure safety, and communicate with families while evaluating resident needs and supporting a high-quality living experience.

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• College credits required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on the resident preferences.
• Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
