Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC in Oregon is seeking compassionate caregivers to help residents with daily routines, personal care, and companionship. You will support development of service plans and respond to call lights, ensuring residents receive attentive, respectful care.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass criminal background and drug test
• We are looking for individuals with a caring heart to provide personalized care to our amazing residents
• If you are new to the field of Caregiving, we provide all the training necessary to be successful!

Responsibilities

• Support residents with their daily routines as indicated in their service plans, which can include helping them bathe, dress, or personal grooming.
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support our residents.
• Collaborate in the development and revision of service plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches.
• Answer pages and call lights

We offer set schedules, no rotation, same days off! We have Part time and Full time Ava.
