Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to support residents in daily activities and meaningful engagement. You will work with a collaborative team that values kindness and doing the right thing, with training and ongoing support provided.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Expect set schedules, no rotation, and shifts from early morning to overnight with differential for night hours.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Previous caregiving experience is valued, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines (bathing, dressing, grooming, personal care).
• Build relationships with residents through companionship and support.
• Follow each resident's care plan and communicate changes to the team.

We're looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers who want to make a difference in the everyday lives of older adults. Whether you're experienced in caregiving or looking to grow your skills in senior living, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What you'll do:

• Support residents with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents through companionship, patience, and encouragement.
• Follow each resident’s service plan and communicate changes in needs, preferences, or condition to the appropriate team member.
• Respond to resident requests, pages, and call lights.
• Work closely with caregivers, Med Techs, and other team members to provide thoughtful, consistent care.

What you'll bring:

• At least 18 years of age.
• A caring, dependable approach and genuine interest in supporting older adults.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Previous caregiving experience is valued, but we provide training and support for those new to the field.

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

We offer set schedules with no rotation and consistent days off.

• Day: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Swing: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• NOC: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM ($1/hour NOC differential)
