Terralume Signature Memory Care in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Cook/Chef to prepare meals for residents with dementia, ensuring nutrition and regulatory compliance.

You will follow standardized recipes, manage portioning, and support special events while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Position requires 0-1 year experience, 18+ years, and Food Handlers certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of related experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food Handlers certification issued by an ANAB-CFP accredited program within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to specified temperatures per recipes.
• Assemble meals and bakery items within timeframes and assist with events.
• Prepare texturized diets per IDDSI standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and follow cleaning schedules.
• Supervise kitchen staff and communicate resident and guest feedback on meals and service.
