• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

• Prepare and serve meals for residents, guests, and employees; follow therapeutic diet orders as directed by the Culinary Services Director.
• Maintain food service standards through cost, quality and portion controls while promoting resident dignity.
