Senior Lifestyle is seeking a part-time PRN Care Associate for Memory Care in Colorado Springs. You will provide compassionate companionship and assist with activities of daily living to help residents stay independent and engaged.

Responsibilities include leading one-on-one and group activities, helping with meals, laundry, and light housework, while maintaining a high standard of resident satisfaction and professional conduct with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors with dementia preferred.
• Proficiency in English for duties, supervision and emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required by state.
• Basic computer skills: Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to residents in Memory Care.
• Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Lead one-on-one and group activities when needed.
• Serve residents during meals and assist with memory care laundry and basic housekeeping.
• Address resident/family/employee concerns with timely follow‑up and care.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with residents and staff.
