Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance with ADLs and engage residents in cognitive activities.
• Report incidents to Health Services Director and participate in post incident huddles.
• Assist with grooming, meals, and monitoring dining room; verify resident identity.
• Maintain resident documentation and chart health changes.
• Create a safe, structured environment to minimize confusion and promote independence.
• Engage residents in social activities and support Life Enrichment Director as needed.
• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, toileting, meals, housekeeping, and medications as per care plan.
• Communicate hazards and concerns to leadership.
• Be familiar with Montessori Approach when applicable.
