Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving or health care experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to residents and promote emotional well-being.
• Assist residents with ADLs tailored to individual needs.
• Report incidents and health changes to supervisory staff.
• Assist with grooming, meals, mobility, and personal hygiene as required.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation and records.
• Keep dining area clean and monitor dining room as needed.
• Communicate concerns and safety hazards to Health Services Director.
