Sr Companies is seeking a caregiver for The Landing of Panama City Beach Memory Care in Panama City Beach, FL. The role focuses on enhancing the resident experience with heartfelt care and promoting the organization’s golden-rule values.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry while encouraging resident independence. Training and teamwork are emphasized to ensure safety and dignity for residents and families.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Must be able to assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain safety.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADLs including dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting and hygiene.
• Interact with residents with empathy and respect, at all care levels.
• Observe and report health or emotional changes to supervisor.
• Assist in dining room during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.
