Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors with dementia is preferred.
• Acceptable proficiency in English required.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and support to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Participate in and lead activities for residents.
• Serve residents during mealtime and assist with basic housekeeping.
• Respond to resident/family/employee concerns promptly.

Connaissances

Experience with seniors with dementia

Formation

CNA or CHHA license
