Job summary

White Oak Village Memory Care in Vancouver, WA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will support residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and monitor health changes.

This PRN position offers shifts across all hours, competitive pay of $22.00–$24.00 per hour, and benefits for full-time staff including health, dental, and vision insurance. Experience in memory care is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Washington CNA license.
• Experience in caregiving preferred; training available.
• Experience in memory care is a plus; strong communication and patient demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal support).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Monitor and report changes in resident health or well-being.
• Help maintain a safe and clean living environment.
