Job summary

Snohomish Health and Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate care and support in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The CNA will assist residents with daily activities, monitor needs via nurse calls, and participate in interdisciplinary planning to ensure person-centered care.

Positions include full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay ($22.00–$26.00/hr) and a strong benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
• Ability to react promptly to residents, staff, and family members.

Responsibilities

• Answer nurse call system to determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with eating.
• Assists residents with range of motion exercises, and movement to/from wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists resident with ambulation as indicated in the facility.
• Documents patient information on flow sheets or task sheets as directed.
