Harbour View Harmony Management LLC seeks a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide high-quality care and assist residents with daily living activities at our Suffolk community. You will support residents with ADLs, respond to calls, assist with meals, and help with mobility and transfers while maintaining confidentiality and following all policies.

A high school diploma/GED and state PCA training are required; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days is

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed state-approved Personal Care Aide program.
• Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Must be organized and able to work with all levels of staff.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.

• Perform light housekeeping in resident apartments and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies.
• Assist with meals and dining room activities.
