Charter Senior Living of Calumet Trace – Owensboro, KY is hiring caregivers and CNAs for full-time, part-time and PRN roles. The facility offers 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a), with opportunities to support Assisted Living and Memory Care residents in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Pay ranges from $16–$17 per hour for caregivers and $18–$19 per hour for CNAs, with benefits such as health options, PTO, and growth opportunities. Weekend shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification preferred.
• Previous senior living, healthcare, or caregiving experience preferred.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
• Follow and carry out individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate changes in condition.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Work closely with nurses and team members to ensure quality care.
