Job summary
Charter Senior Living of Verona, WI is seeking compassionate Caregivers/Resident Care Associates to join our dedicated team. Pay starts at $19–$20 per hour for full-time and part-time positions. Must be available every other weekend and some holidays.

Qualifications
- Experience as a caregiver, CNA, PCA, or HHA preferred.
- Assisted living or memory care experience is a plus.
- Strong compassion, dependability, and patience.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Support resident care plans and individualized needs.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition.
- Document care and services provided.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and leadership.
- Help create meaningful experiences for residents daily.
