Job summary

Luxor Healthcare in Missouri seeks a Memory Care Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated nursing team. This full-time role offers a 12-hour shift schedule (4 days on, 3 days off) with flexible options, focusing on memory care residents.

You will provide ADL assistance, support residents with dementia, encourage social activities, and maintain a safe, compassionate environment. Missouri CNA certification and COVID vaccination are preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in Missouri is required or preferred.
• Experience in memory care or dementia care is preferred.
• Strong compassion and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized ADL support and daily care to residents.
• Support memory-impaired residents with compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Encourage social participation and activities for emotional well-being.
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and daily care needs.
• Maintain a safe, structured environment for residents to thrive.
• Observe changes in residents and report to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals and monitor hydration and nutrition.
• Keep resident spaces clean and organized.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
